Booking Terms

Before Booking

  • As part of our work, we have a few fantastic location options we can recommend when shooting around Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim or the Sunshine Coast. If you have a specific idea or concept, we’d love to brainstorm how we can make it work.

    To ensure satisfaction and eliminate any chance of disappointment, it’s actually a requirement that our clients are involved with the location selection process – at least to some extent. Please note, that any fees charged for renting specific locations will not be included in your package price and will be added to the cost of your shoot.

  • Product-based business props and talent can be critical when executing creative concepts and creating head-turning images that make you stand out from everyone else in your market. Though models and props are not included in your shoot package, they can most definitely be arranged for you at your expense.

    This question is flagged during the briefing process, so please let us know what you require at the beginning!

  • Raw Files are not a complete depiction of my work. Due to this, I do not supply these files as part of your gallery or upon request. Please only engage my services if you are happy with the style I am recognised for.

  • Once you’re ready to book, we firm things up with a $100 non-refundable booking fee, but not to worry, this comes off your total cost.

    The remaining amount must be paid before your session takes place. Non-payment may lead to cancellation and a loss of your booking fee.

Once Booked

  • If you need to cancel and can give more than five business days’ notice, just your booking fee will be non-refundable so that I can cover my costs.

    If you give less than five business days’ notice, your session fee will be forfeited, and I won’t be able to refund any of the money.

  • If you’re running late for your shoot, you need to let us know as soon as possible! As we’re sure you can understand, bookings need to continue running on time out of courtesy for any sessions we have planned with other clients later that day. As such, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to change the time of your slot at short notice.

    Should you like to extend your shoot or book in another, you can do so at an additional expense.

  • Protecting our most vulnerable communities has never been more important, so please – if you are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID symptoms, do not attend the session and get in touch with me as soon as possible to see what other arrangements we can make.

Post Session

  • Once you have finished your shoot, the images are edited in-house. After the editing process is complete and your photos are looking beautiful, you’ll receive a link to your images and can select and download your favourites.

  • Because there are so many goodies, our clients often struggle to pick their favourites! If you’d like to purchase more images, you can do so for $25 per image. This can be finalised during the selection process – simply pick your extras, and we will invoice you for them.

    Depending on your package, you may have the option to purchase the full gallery. This will be communicated upon delivery.

  • We know that getting your imagery back is super exciting – and it’s even better when the wait time is short, and the content is delivered to your door! General turnaround times sit at two weeks post-shoot, sometimes sooner if we can manage it.
